This exercise is often used to free up the pathway of the Vagus nerve as it leaves the base of the skull. It does this by softening the suboccipital muscles and decompressing the joints between the skull and the upper 2 vertebrae of the neck.

A useful technique for clearing the nasal passage and improving nasal breathing. Great for relief of congestion during hayfever and colds, or just to enhance your wellbeing through healthier breathing.

Having a hard time with bunions? If you can’t to a practitioner to help you this is a great place to start.

In the first few months of our lives we learn to coordinate our breath with our body movement, using the pressure built in the abdomen to produce stability.

Need more support for your back? Most of us don’t need to increase strength, we need to improve stability. And this is a great way to do it.

Most back exercises strengthen the big movers of the back. This one targets the stabilisers, the muscles that control movement from one vertebra to the next. Without this control your spine won’t move.
